This is the "Chip Special" in a custom version for Big Brain surgeries.  It is the Pain in the Neck Pillow, modified with a two inch seam up the center middle.  This means that when you lie back on the Pain in the Neck pillow, the pillow has a special place that recedes back (and has stitches, too!) so that it doesn't interfere with that tender area in the back of the neck and head.  It has more support on each side, and is VERY gentle on the back of the head, so you can rest more comfortably after a tough day in brain surgery.  A Pain in the Neck Pillow and a Zipperhead™ pillow are an awesome combination to bring to your next hospital "sleep over".  Be prepared for comfort, especially when it counts.
